Features available to you.

  • Use the keyboard to follow links, open menus and complete controls. The skip link moves past the header to the page content.
  • Use your browser’s zoom and text settings to enlarge information.
  • Pause illustrations using the animation control in the footer. The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Search pages and document descriptions. PDFs have direct open/download links if a preview does not work.
  • Where a PDF contains extractable text, its preview offers a “Read this page as text” option.

Known limitations and testing.

Automated checks and keyboard/layout checks help us identify issues. These checks do not establish full accessibility conformance or replace testing with people using assistive technology.

Older PDFs may have image-only text, limited tagging or reading-order issues. The text-preview option cannot provide missing structure or descriptions. External maps, video players and linked websites have their own accessibility behaviour.

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us which page or document you were using and what help you need.

Ask for help or an alternative format.

Call (0121) 792 5342 or email info@aspecthousing.org.uk. Tell us which page or document you need, the difficulty you encountered and a suitable way to contact you. You do not need to share a diagnosis.

Explain the format or communication support that would help. The team will need to discuss what it can provide. If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, use the complaints route.
