Aspect and your landlord may have different roles.
Aspect provides housing-related support and may carry out housing management services. Where a Registered Provider holds the landlord role, that provider is your landlord; Aspect should not be described as the landlord simply because it provides support or manages a service.
Check your tenancy or occupancy agreement for the name of your landlord. Ask your support worker or the office to explain who is responsible for repairs, tenancy decisions, support and complaints at your address. Responsibilities can differ between properties.
A complaint about a landlord’s service, including a service delivered on its behalf, should follow that landlord’s complaint procedure. See our landlord and Housing Ombudsman guidance.
Information you can use now.
The support guide explains conversations with your worker and how to discuss changes. The policy library provides documents about housing, support and residents' rights. Residents can raise service complaints or safeguarding concerns.
Resident worksheets are personal aids. Staff evidence of support stays in case files and Caseload, not in website worksheets.
