Make a session your own
Start with what matters to you.
You might want to feel more organised, try an activity, get help with a form or take a step towards work or learning. Choose one thing to talk about, and use a worksheet if it helps you explain your ideas.
-
Choose a focus
What has gone well? What is getting in the way? What would you like to change?
-
Agree a small action
Decide what you can try, what help you need and when you will return to it.
-
Notice progress
Progress can include attending an appointment, asking for help or trying something for the first time. Reflect together and adjust the next step.
Help using these resources
You can work through a sheet together, talk through the questions without writing, or print a blank copy. You do not have to complete every section.
The interactive sheets keep answers in the current page only. They do not create a resident record or send information to Aspect. Close or clear them when finished on a shared device.
