Become a tenant representative

Your voice can make a difference.

Help shape your community

Share your views. Shape what happens next.

Join our tenant representative committee and help shape the services and activities that matter to residents.

As a tenant representative, you can share residents' views, raise awareness of important issues, suggest improvements and help support the planning and delivery of activities.

Meeting and working together

Tenant representative meetings give residents an opportunity to share feedback and work with the Aspect Housing team.

Meetings are arranged by managers as needed, approximately once every six months. No meeting dates are currently confirmed.

Residents can get involved through their support worker or a senior member of staff, who can help with joining and explain the arrangements when the next meeting is confirmed.

Working together

Your voice. Our shared future.

Working with our Resident Engagement Officer and wider team, our representatives will help to:

  • Share residents' views, suggestions and concerns.
  • Identify what works well and where improvements are needed.
  • Help shape services, activities and engagement opportunities.
  • Strengthen communication between residents and management.

Thank you to our representatives

Their experience and ideas will help us make decisions that reflect what matters to the people living in our accommodation.

Thank you to all four representatives for stepping forward and giving their time to support their fellow residents. We value every contribution and look forward to working together.

Residents shaping services

A coffee morning with a purpose.

Resident representatives joined the Aspect team for a coffee morning to discuss their roles and how they can bring other residents' views into conversations about our services.

The discussion focused on listening to lived experience: what is working, what could be improved and how residents can help shape better support. Thank you to everyone who gave their time and shared their perspective.
